Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Grace Notes and its users in connection with the use of the Grace Notes service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Grace Notes.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the conditions and procedures for use of the Grace Notes service provided by Grace Notes, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Grace Notes and its users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means all services available through the Grace Notes app and website provided by Grace Notes, including worship memos, devotional records, Bible search, and church channels.
2. "User" means any member or non-member who uses the services provided by Grace Notes pursuant to these Terms.
3. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to Grace Notes and who may continuously use the services of Grace Notes.
4. "Content" means all forms of information created by members while using the Service, including memos, devotional records, and comments.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1.These Terms shall take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
2.Grace Notes may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations.
3.In the event of an amendment to the Terms, Grace Notes shall announce the changes through in-service notices at least 7 days before the effective date.
4.If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw from membership.

Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)

1.A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and submits a membership application, and Grace Notes accepts such application.
2.Grace Notes may refuse an application or subsequently terminate a service agreement in any of the following circumstances:

• Where the identity of another person has been misappropriated
• Where false information has been provided
• Where the requirements for application set forth by Grace Notes have not been met

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

Grace Notes provides the following services:

•Creation and management of worship memos, devotional journals, and prayer notes
•Bible verse search and linking
•Cloud synchronization and backup
•Church channel and community features
•Daily scripture cards
•Other services additionally developed by Grace Notes or provided through partnerships

Article 6 (Use of Services)

1.The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as a general rule.
2.Grace Notes may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service for reasons such as service improvement or system maintenance, and shall give prior notice in such cases.
3.Grace Notes may suspend the provision of the Service in the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters or states of emergency.

Article 7 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:

•Misappropriating the personal information of others
•Transmitting content that violates laws or public morals through the Grace Notes Service
•Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Grace Notes
•Damaging the reputation of others or causing disadvantage to others
•Posting obscene material, advertising content, or similar material
•Interfering with the stable operation of the Service

Article 7-2 (Community Content Policy)

Grace Notes applies graduated protective measures against inappropriate content and malicious or harassing users.

1.Users may not post obscene material, content that promotes hatred or discrimination, harassment, threats, self-harm encouragement, illegal advertising or gambling, invasion of privacy, spam, or other offensive expressions in user-generated content that is exposed to other users, including publicly shared content, church-wide sharing, and comments.
2.The Service may apply automatic filtering to prevent the posting of public or shared content that contains inappropriate expressions.
3.Users may report inappropriate content to the operator through the report function on the shared memo detail screen.
4.Users may select the "block author" option when reporting to immediately remove the malicious user’s content from their feed and comment list, and the block is also reported to the operator.
5.Upon receipt of a report, the operator is notified, and Grace Notes will review within 24 hours and, where necessary, take measures such as sharing restrictions, comment hiding, account suspension, or service access restrictions.

Article 8 (Restriction of Service Use)

1.Grace Notes may restrict a member's use of the Service through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension where a member violates the obligations set forth in these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
2.Grace Notes shall notify the member of the grounds for and period of any service restriction.

Article 9 (Termination of Agreement)

1.A member may apply for termination of the service agreement (withdrawal from membership) at any time through the settings menu within the Service or through the customer support center.
2.Upon withdrawal, all of the member's data shall be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
3.However, information that must be retained pursuant to applicable law shall be retained for the applicable period.

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

1.Grace Notes shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or the suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
2.Grace Notes shall not be liable for any service disruption caused by reasons attributable to the member.
3.Grace Notes shall not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of content posted by members on the Service.
4.Grace Notes has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between a member and a third party, and shall not be liable for damages arising therefrom.

Article 10-2 (Disclaimer for AI Scripture Recommendation Feature)

The "AI Scripture Recommendation" feature provided in this app uses machine learning models to recommend Bible verses based on user input. Please note the following.

1.Verses recommended by AI are for reference only and do not carry theological authority.
2.For matters requiring theological interpretation, such as soteriology, eschatology, or ecclesiology, it is recommended to consult with the pastor of your church.
3.AI cannot replace human spiritual guidance, and major life decisions (marriage, career, investments, etc.) should be made through prayer and the advice of your community.
4.The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI recommendation results.
5.The Company shall not be liable for disputes, misunderstandings, or spiritual confusion arising from the use of AI features.

AI features may be modified or discontinued at any time in accordance with service policy.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1.Disputes arising between Grace Notes and a member shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
2.In the event that no agreement is reached, the relevant dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of Grace Notes shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Addendum

These Terms shall take effect from May 18, 2026.
