Privacy Policy
Your faith journal belongs to you

Grace Notes puts privacy first. Your prayers and devotions belong to you alone.
The Grace Notes app (hereinafter "the App") takes your personal information seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information the App collects, the purposes for which it is collected and used, the retention period, and matters relating to third-party provision and processing consignment.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Required information
- Email address: Used for account creation and login
- Password: Account security (stored with BCrypt encryption)
Optional information
- •Name: Profile display and service personalization
- •Profile image: Profile display
Automatically collected information
- •Device information: App optimization and error analysis
- •Access logs: Service improvement and security
Encryption protection: Passwords are stored using BCrypt one-way encryption and cannot be accessed even by us.
2. Purposes of Use
- •Member registration and identity verification
- •Service provision and improvement
- •Customer inquiry support
- •Delivery of important notices
- •Data backup and recovery via cloud synchronization
3. Retention Period
- •Retained until account deletion
- •Destroyed without delay upon request for account deletion
- •Retained for the required period where mandated by applicable law
4. Third-Party Provision
We do not provide your personal information to third parties.
Exceptions apply only where required by law.
Your prayer requests and devotions are a secret between you and God alone. Church administrators cannot access individual notes; they may only refer to anonymized aggregate statistics.
5. Processing Consignment
We currently do not consign the processing of personal information.
Should consignment become necessary in the future, we will notify you through this Policy.
6. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights at any time:
